By creating an account or using converts AI's SaaS platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies (collectively, "Policies").

We may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted here, and your continued use of the Service after updates means you accept them.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction. If registering on behalf of an organization, you represent you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Account Registration & Security
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep your account up to date. You're responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Subscription & Payment
converts AI operates on a subscription model. Access to features depends on your plan. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing with prior notice.
5.1 Subscription Tiers
converts AI offers the Service through various subscription plans:
- Free Plan: Access to limited features with usage caps.
- Pro Plan: Paid plan offering extended functionality, faster processing, and priority support.
- Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing for high-volume, team-based, or integrated use. Includes service-level agreements (SLAs), dedicated support, and enhanced security options.
Each subscription tier may have specific terms of access, usage limits, and renewal conditions as detailed at the time of signup or within the Service dashboard.
5.2 Subscription Legal Terms
All paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize converts AI to charge your payment method on a regular schedule, which continues unless canceled before the billing cycle renews.
Downgrading your plan may result in loss of features or access. Cancelation or modification of plans must be done prior to the renewal date. Refunds are not issued for unused time unless otherwise stated by law or agreement.
6. Use of the Service
Use the Service only for lawful purposes. Misuse, scraping, malware, or violating intellectual property rights is prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
We (and/or our licensors) own all rights to the Service and its content. You retain ownership of Your Content but grant us a license to operate the Service.

converts AI takes user data privacy seriously. Any content, input data, or project materials uploaded or generated through your account will be treated as confidential.
We do not use customer-submitted data to train models or for internal research unless you explicitly opt-in. Your content is processed securely and is not shared with third parties except as required to provide the Service (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors) or by legal obligation.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we follow industry-standard security protocols to protect your intellectual property.
8. User Content
You are responsible for Your Content's legality. We may remove content violating laws or these Terms.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information including your inputs and our proprietary technology.
10. Warranties & Disclaimers
We provide the Service "as is" with no warranties of any kind. No guarantees of error-free or uninterrupted use.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us from claims due to your breach of Terms or misuse of the Service.
13. Modifications & Interruption
We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance or upgrades.
14. Termination
We or you may terminate for material breach. On termination, access ends but accrued fees remain payable.
15. Export Controls
You agree to comply with all applicable import/export laws.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts unless arbitration is agreed.
17. Severability & Waiver
If any part is invalid, the rest remain. No waiver of rights through delay.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and additional policies are the complete agreement between you and converts AI.
